Cajun seasoned tenderloin tips topped with mushrooms and bacon.

Friday - Cod Fish Fry
All white cod from the cold nordic waters. Available either deep-fried or broiled. Choice of baked potato or french fries.

Saturday - Prime Rib
Rubbed with the Chef's own seasoning and slowly cooked to preserve its natural flavors.

We let our Chefs imaginations run wild on Sunday!
Nordic Cod
All white cod loins from the cold nordic waters. Excellent deep-fried or broiled.

Shrimp
Seven of Wason's famous jumbo gulf shrimp deep-fried to a golden brown or broiled to perfection.

Walleye Pike
Freshwater Canadian walleye lightly seasoned and pan-fried, or deep-fried in our famous batter.

Yellowfin Tuna
A ten ounce steak available either lemon-peppered, char-broiled, or blackened.
